Goulbourn Museum is located just south of Stittsville, Ontario, in Stanley’s Corners. The Museum is home to interactive and hands-on exhibitions and The Village Store where kids can dress up as pioneers and shop or barter for supplies; as well as exhibits about early Goulbourn settlers, the communities in the Township, and local services.
Annually, Goulbourn Museum hosts an Old Fashioned Christmas & Artisan Market in November. This year, plans were complicated with the COVID-19 outbreak. We still wanted to host this event and bring the community together however we could — so we’ve developed a virtual market!
The market will run from 10 a.m. Thursday, November 19, 2020 to 5 p.m. Sunday, November 22, 2020.
We appreciate that 2020 has been a very challenging year for everyone. At the Museum, we have opted to remain closed until further notice to ensure the health and safety of our staff, volunteers, and visitors. COVID-19 has changed the way in which we interact with our community but we are pleased to say that we have had great success moving all of our programming and events to online platforms.
